What's the main reason?

No account, no marketing list. If you leave an email we use it for this one thing and nothing else. Nothing about your children is collected on this page.

What turns up

One box per child, waiting at the front desk

Packed to the length of your trip, with spares. Drag the slider for the count per child.

7 nights
  • Tops Soft cotton, nothing scratchy. One more than there are days.
  • Bottoms Pants, leggings or shorts to suit the forecast. Worn about twice each.
  • Underwear Brand new and sealed. A pair per day plus two, yours to keep.
  • Socks Brand new and sealed. A pair per day plus two.
  • Pajamas Warm or cool depending on where you're going, with a spare set.
  • Swimwear New every time. Two so one can dry, a third on longer trips.
  • Warm layers A hoodie or fleece. Two on longer trips and anywhere cold.
  • "Nice" outfits For the dinner where someone insists on a photo. Optional.
  • A bag for the way home Worn clothes go in it. Leave it at the front desk, or keep everything.

"You want me to trust strangers with my kids' clothes?"

It's the first thing every parent we've spoken to has asked. Here's how we handle this.

  • Underwear, socks and swimwear are brand new and sealed, every single time. They never circulate between families.
  • Everything else is washed at 140°F in a commercial laundry, checked garment by garment by a person, and sealed into the box.
  • Delivered a full day before your flight, with a photo of the box at the hotel. No photo by the deadline means an automatic full refund, without you having to chase anyone.
  • Every box carries a second size on the two hardest-to-fit items — bottoms and the warm layer — included, not charged for.
  • A first name and a set of clothing sizes. No dates of birth, no photographs, no school, no address beyond the hotel.

How it works

1

Tell us the trip

Where, how long, which hotel, and each child's age and sizes. Ten minutes, once.

2

Approve the list

We send back the exact items with photos. Swap or remove anything. Nothing is picked until you say yes.

3

Leave it at the front desk

On the last morning, worn clothes go in the bag, the bag goes to the front desk.

Still wondering

Questions parents have asked us

Are the clothes second-hand?

Underwear, socks and swimwear: never — those are new, sealed, and yours to keep. Everything else is re-used across trips after commercial laundering, which is the only reason the price isn't absurd. If that's a deal-breaker, say so above.

What ages would this work for?

Newborn to about ten. Past ten, most kids want to choose their own clothes and will tell you so.

Where do you deliver?

US hotels and vacation rentals only — anywhere in the fifty states that will hold a parcel for an arriving guest. We don't deliver internationally.

We'd confirm with your specific hotel or rental before booking, not after.

Do I have to send anything back?

Only if you want to. Leave the bag at the front desk on the last morning and you're done. Or keep the lot — you'd pay a bit more for it.

What if my child stains or ruins something?

Stains, rips and one lost sock are expected and included.

What if the sizes are wrong?

Every box carries a second size on the two things hardest to guess — bottoms and the warm layer — included rather than charged for.

If something still doesn't fit, tell us and we'll get a replacement to you. You keep the original until it arrives.

Will my kid actually wear it?

Only if they've agreed to. You approve every item before it's picked — your child can sit next to you and veto the ones they hate. Plain over branded unless you say otherwise, and no wool next to skin.

So what’s the catch?

It is not cheaper than washing their clothes yourself — it is less to carry and less to do. It makes sense for a flight with two adults, three kids and a stroller, and far less sense if you're driving three hours for a long weekend.

Is this the same company as Teleport for business travel?

Yes — same team, same laundry and delivery operation.
